Growing up in a large family that moved between Arizona and rural Northern California, Sonja Cruz went on to enlist as a combat medic and currently serves as a member of the U.S. Army Reserve Medical Corps. Sonja’s philosophy for medicine—and life—is to avoid disease, provide informed care, and to help patients maximize their quality of life. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, baking, and spending time with her family RVing and camping in the great outdoors
